We have used RVA Rewind on three occasions. Each time they were the best! Easy to navigate through the process, price was great and they were timely during the interactions. But the best part is… one of the VHS tapes had a whole section with my grandparents, who passed early 2000s. It was so great to hear their voices and see their faces. Made us cry with joy!

Found several carousels of 35mm slides in dad's attic, mostly old IMSA and Formula 1 racing pics from the 1970s. Took the best of them down to RVA Rewind to be converted into digital images for online sharing. Very impressed with the whole process - these folks are awesome, very friendly and great at what they do. Drop-off was quick and easy, time estimate for completion was accurate, pricing was more than fair, and pick-up of old slides was painless. I was very pleased with every bit of this process, especially the quality of the images once converted - they really look fantastic. Anyway long story short I highly recommend RVA Rewind!

I had them transfer about 100 slides and 8 VHS tapes to a thumb drive. They went above and beyond to label the files. Highly pleased, I recommend and I will use them again. I also like being able to drop off and pick up—with the mail service issues this is a real bonus.

They really know what they're doing! The quality is amazing, especially for a 30 year old VHS tape that hadn't been played in 2 decades. Super high bitrate, correct aspect ratio, great sound, and they did it in just a few days. I did my research finding this place, and am very happy with my choice.
EDIT: They even managed to save a tape that we couldn't get to play! Incredible work.

Our quick and easy digitizing process begins with you.
Typical turnaround: 2–6 weeks after we receive your media, with email updates throughout.
Drop Off or Mail
You can drop off your media at our office (by appointment only) or you can mail it to us.
Digitizing Begins
We will begin to prepare, transfer or scan your media. This process may take 2 to 6 weeks.
Come Get It
Once we are finished, we will set a time to return your memories along with your digitized files.
