Our Process:
- Drop Off or Mail-In: Begin by scheduling a drop-off appointment at our Richmond, Virginia location, or opt to mail your media directly to us.
- Digitization: Upon receipt, our experienced team utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to meticulously transfer your media into high-quality digital files. This process typically takes between 2 to 6 weeks, during which we provide regular email updates to keep you informed. Learn more about turnaround times.
- Delivery: Once digitization is complete, you'll receive your original media along with the new digital versions. We offer flexible options for receiving your digitized files, including USB thumb drives and digital downloads. If your computer has USB-C connections, you can use a USB-C to USB-A adapter to access the thumb drive; we also offer these adapters for purchase at $10. Learn more about adapters.
