Frequently Asked Questions
How should I pack photos, slides, and negatives for transfer?
Loose photos, slides, and negatives can be placed in ziploc style baggies or envelopes. If you end up having more than one baggie or envelope of photos, we ask that you write the number order that each bag/envelope should be in on the outside. We do not require photos, slides and negatives to be loose leaf and placed in a bag/envelope, we can still process your photos even if they arrive in albums, frames, cases, carousels, or sleeves.
