Do you return original audio cassettes, reels, and records?

Yes. You receive all of your original analog audio media back along with the newly digitized files.

We pack originals carefully for pickup or return shipping. Your tapes, reels, and records remain yours—we do not keep them after the project is finished. Digital delivery is typically via USB thumb drive and/or download, depending on what you select for the order.
